The Mad River Valley Rotary (MRVR), is now offering a corporate membership option for local businesses. This vote expands voting membership to businesses, professional practices, government entities, and educational institutions.
As with a personal Rotary membership, an application from a business is subject to approval. Once approved, the business designates one employee to serve as the primary member of the Rotary Club and may appoint up to two additional employees to serve as alternate members. Dues as well as voting privileges are the same for a business entity as for any member.
“As the Mad River Valley community changes, the Rotary continues to look for ways we can adapt and meet the needs of those we serve. A few years ago, the club expanded membership options and reduced dues for married couples,” said Susan Klein, president of the local club.
