Muddy Boots CSA offers CSA guide
Muddy Boots CSA has created a new resource to help Mad River Valley residents learn more about Community Supported Agriculture and decide whether joining a CSA is right for their household.
The free guide, “Is a CSA Right for You? 5 Questions to Help You Decide,” answers common questions about how CSA programs work, what members receive each week, and how seasonal eating fits into everyday cooking.
“Many people are interested in supporting local farms and eating more locally grown food, but they’re not always sure how a CSA will work for their family,” said Muddy Boots CSA manager Robin McDermott. “This guide is meant to help people understand the model so they can decide if it’s a good fit for them.”
Muddy Boots CSA connects several local farms with community members who receive weekly shares of fresh organic vegetables during the growing season. The guide is available for free at muddybootscsa.com/guide.
