The Warren Public Library will hold a discussion of “The General and Julia” by Vermont author Jon Clinch at 6 p.m. on Monday, September 8. The author will be attending in person for this discussion of his acclaimed historical novel about the final days of Ulysses S. Grant. Copies of the book are available to check out from the library to read in advance.
